The self-contained kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.
We encountered issues with the BBQ facilities as one of them was rusty and appeared unmaintained.

Perfect location for history lovers
Staying at Port Arthur Villas was a delightful experience! The access gate to the historic site right across the road made our explorations incredibly convenient. The clean and spacious two-bedroom villa had a full kitchen, and we loved the useful amenities like extra pillows and blankets.
However, our villa showed signs of age, and the proximity to neighbors resulted in some noise. Additionally, the lighting along the path to the historic site was minimal, necessitating a flashlight for night walks.

The warm welcome made our stay memorable, and the studio was wonderfully equipped, even with kitchen basics. Just a heads up—be prepared for a small bed and sharing dish duties if you want to avoid extra fees. I'd stay again!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the historic site, making exploration easy. The studio was spacious and spotless, equipped with a full kitchen ideal for a cozy stay. However, the absence of on-site staff during my visit left me without helpful recommendations or guidance, as I had to retrieve and return keys from a box. Despite this, the stay was reasonably priced with great amenities.

Staying in the spacious villa with my five adult children was fantastic! We enjoyed a great night’s sleep, a superb hot shower, and even a well-equipped mini bar. The location was a stone's throw from the historic sites and picturesque gardens, making our explorations a breeze.
My kids wished for better maintenance around the BBQ area.

great family stay with some minor hiccups
The two-bedroom villa was spacious and perfect for our family needs. Kitchen facilities exceeded my expectations, allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals during our stay. Plus, we had a lovely garden view that added to our relaxation experience.
The late check-in process could have been smoother. we felt a bit rushed when arriving.

missingWrote a review on Feb 29great locationwildlife viewbbq facilitiesuncomfortable couch
We had an amazing time staying in a two-bedroom villa with friends. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the historic site. We also took a boat cruise from Port Arthur to Denmans Cove, which kicked off our four-day walk. Highly recommend exploring the local wildlife from the bedroom window! The BBQ facilities were great too.
The only downside was that the couch in our villa wasn’t very comfortable. It felt like we sunk in too much, which wasn't ideal after long days of walking.
